Some of the best treatments I've ever had, I highly reccomended the Mayan Massage Experience! This was our first all inclusive experience, and I dont think it will be our last!

I have stayed at this hotel twice before and it has definitely gone downhill. I don’t even know where to start. We stayed for one week. On arrival we were told we were being upgraded as we were hotel.com gold customers and our booking came with a free upgrade. We were very excited about this until we got to the room. Damp smelling, musty and workmen working all day and all night in the garden of our garden access room. Absolutely no privacy at all. On top of that our bed was rickety and old and as we were quite near reception we could hear the entertainment as if we were in the front row, which was pretty annoying after travelling over 16 hours to get there.
