Don’t waste your time or money staying here. I booked a non-smoking room because I was traveling with my kids and chose this hotel based on other reviews saying it was clean and had high ratings. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. The room smelled strongly like cigarette smoke the moment we walked in. It was so bad that the smell stuck to our clothes and hair. The room also did not feel clean at all. Because of this, we decided to leave the same day and didn’t even stay overnight. I didn’t even feel comfortable letting the kids sit or lay on the bed. It was a horrible experience, especially when traveling with children. I would not recommend this place at all, particularly for families.

Did not know by the pictures that this was a motel, not a hotel. They did not have a room on the first floor which posed problems for my husband and I due to age and health reasons. We thought there would be an elevator, not stairs. The beds were very springy and bouncy. Not super comfortable. There were soap bars and lotion but nothing else, not even Kleenex. Room was clean and ac worked good. One good surprise was a ceiling fan over the beds, first time I’ve seen that.

Outside of building- looks like it was updated with paint Inside room- smelled nice but dirt in corners, firm bed, old linens and minimal extras like soap, etc A/C- cold but loud TV- basic set up, remote battery cover missing Our stay - we originally purchased 2 nights but ended up needing an extra day for medical purposes, which they accommodated (and we paid for in advance), however when the original check out came…housekeeping opened the door without knocking (left when they saw us in the bed) and then followed a little later by a man banging on the door like it was the police about to knock down the door. My husband and I were taking a nap and it took us a few minutes to get dressed in order to answer the door. This man continued to bang on the door. When I finally opened it he yelled to me that it was check out time. I told him I paid for another day and my check out was the following day. He said does your phone work, as he proceeded to call my room phone and walk toward me. He saw the phone did not ring and said no it isn’t working and turned around and walked away. No apology. Nothing.
