this property is clean and conveniently located. it is within minutes of walk to the light rail station that goes to downtown Bordeaux. Staff are helpful and friendly. The kitchenette is convenient and useful.

Staff spoke excellent English, the check in was fast and the hotel was immaculate. Room was huge and facilities were amazing. Bathroom also spotless. Bed very comfortable. Pillows were a little small (I love big pillows) but still comfortable. Really recommend this hotel. I didn’t eat the food as I left early but everything else was great.

The room was clean, spacious, and very pleasant. Most staff members were professional and friendly; however, a few would benefit from additional training. The primary concerns were the leaking garage, limited amenities, and additional charges for room cleaning. The nearby tram wasn’t an issue—in fact, I appreciated the convenient access. However, ongoing construction made access to the hotel and garage somewhat inconvenient at times. Would I stay here again? If the construction is completed and the garage leak is fixed, I would consider it.
