Beautiful hotel, close to shops. Safe

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel with my family, and overall, we had a great experience. The hotel's design had a lovely villa vibe, and the staff were super friendly and amazing. One of the highlights was definitely the pool area, where we enjoyed having breakfast and keeping an eye on the kids. It's clear that the hotel is perfect for families. However, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. When walking from the rooms to the pool area, we noticed that the drivers were moving quite quickly, which made it a bit hazardous, especially with kids around. Perhaps adding some speed bumps would help slow them down. Another thing that would have been nice is having body mirrors in the rooms. It's always nice to double-check your look before heading out. On the plus side, the lobby area was gorgeous, and the double beds in our room were beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast staff were also exceptional and provided great service. One thing to note is that the bathrooms in the lobby could use a bit more maintenance, as we noticed that the paper towels were missing twice during our stay. Additionally, we did notice a few areas where young children could potentially get hurt, such as the open corners without any protective barriers. It would be great to see some safety measures put in place for little ones. Lastly, while the marble floors in the room were beautiful, they did make the room feel quite chilly at night.

Muy mala experiencia de servicio

El hotel ofrece free self parking y al momento de hacer check in te piden las llaves y ellos estacionan tu coche, tuve una mala experiencia al hacer check in llegando al mismo tiempo que un familiar del dueño del hotel siendo descortés con los huéspedes que llegamos antes y esperábamos por el check in, los muebles de la habitación estaban cubiertos de polvo, corría muy poca agua en la ducha y las botellas de agua de cortesía parecían haber estado ahí por mucho tiempo. Mis hijos usaron la alberca y coincidieron con la familia del aparente dueño quienes hicieron comentarios de que querían que mis hijos abandonaran la alberca porque ellos eran los dueños. El personal de la alberca fue amable pero cuando hice el check out el lobby estaba desatendido, no había nadie y tuve que esperar por el check out. No volvería a hospedarme en ese hotel.
