This hotel is under renovations. It will be a Marriott soon . The positives : Very nice person at reception and very helpful staff Very modern room and very good shower water pressure On the down side : the elevator is « stuck » on the third floor but the manager helped bring it down . The second floor is completely gutted and left open to the elements so there is quite a bit of plaster dust . It will be a very nice hotel with friendly staff when it is finished . In the mean time it was affordable for a Marriott . I love Marriott, will be back

The hotel was in the middle of a renovation and they let me know, so the dirt/chaos wasn't an issue. The room was nicely renovated, except the heating/cooling which was so loud I couldn't use it. Just a high pitched whine. Then the staff was unresponsive when the room next door checked in at 2:30am began yelling to each other from the balcony next door to the parking lot, playing loud music, and slamming doors. So 1.5 hours of no sleep from 2:30 to 4. I get this isn't totally the hotels fault but the complete lack of responsiveness is.

This is a budget hotel. Clean but very dated. Plenty of hot water. Quiet but there are residents there who smoke in parking lot. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating! It is pet friendly

We waited 15 minutes at the front desk. After going out to the car to call the booking site to complain and ask for a refund, my wife went back in to complain to the staff member who had arrived back at the desk. Not friendly and have never heard back about a refund.
