I always love staying here. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. Staff are always lovely. I like being mid-town so that I can walk everywhere but being on the other side of 5th Avenue decreases the hectic feel of Times Square.

I haven't been here since pre-covid, but the staff are still very welcoming. There seems to be renovations happening, but the place is clean and the beds are comfortable as always. A wonderful gem of a hotel in one of the best locations in NYC. The staff is incredibly helpful, great room, and the "Reading Room" Bar serves great food and drinks. I cannot recommend more highly.
