I paid for my stay more than a week in advance, yet they called me at 8:00 PM to warn me that I would be charged $20 for arriving late—and that I had to arrive by 10:00 PM or I would lose my room. This is absolutely ridiculous! My stay was already paid for. The receptionist had a terrible cold, and the security guard was watching all the rooms in a rather unsettling manner. I will never go back there.

I traveled with young kids and it was amazing. It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were amazing 10/10. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Everything was perfect with the exeption that there is no air conditioner. If these villas had air conditioner it would be a 10/10. Please consider gettign an AC! Your visitors would be more comfortable and would probably come more often!! Please consider.
