The public areas were well kept and clean. As for the room, it was clean and fit our needs perfectly. Unfortunately, the sliding glass door with the lock was quite hard to open and close, the safe's batteries were dead and the dishwasher's top rack was falling out when we arrived. The safe was immediately fix. I didn't report the door or dishwasher as I'm not on vacation to do a pre-check of the room and schedule maintenance for IB. Also, there wasn't a sharp knife in the place. It would seem there was no pre-check of the room prior to our arrival to make sure everything was in working order. I admit the dishwasher may have actually functioned but was not going to try it with the condition it was in. I just used it as a drying rack.

we visited in 2022 and had the best time. We expected the same this year. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience. A few things were against us as the hotel had a large event going on so the staff were at full capacity. Restaurant service was horrible (1 hour wait for a plate of nachos). We had a group with 3 kids and this was not acceptable. Check was made very confusing because of an overwhelmed staff. Again, felt that many aspect of the property had gone downhill in the past three years. Biggest issue was the service.

Paradise by the Beach

We've been staying in the 2 bedroom units for the last 12 yrs. They haven't changed much but you have everything you need and you're not in the condo that much. Mainly to sleep and the beds were incredibly. The property is immaculate. Well kept. The pool is pristine. I don't get in pools that much but I have no problem jumping into this one. Its crystal clear. The beach is steps away from the rooms and you can snorkel right off the beach. No need to pay for a trip in a boat. The breakfast buffet has everything you'll want. The food is great especially the omlets. The Palapa pool bar serves lunch & dinner. We mainly have lunch and dine at other wonderful restaurants on the island for dinner. Love their tacos and burgers...they make the best Pina Colada and Monkey Lala's. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping are all so accommodating. We can't wait to go back.

As a guest you are their highest priority

The room was with excelent cleaning and confortable. But the must important for our group was the attentions and priority that you could receive as a guest and every one of each of the staff were really committed to make you have the best experience and well attended. Lets give an special mention for Douglas whoo never will allow any hotel foreigner to have better attention than theirs guests

Pros: location, plenty of staff, beautiful pools/beach, clean, safe, spacious suites Cons: furniture not functional, no in-room safe, beds very hard/uncomfortable, housekeeping inconsistent, towel stand closes 3 hours before the pool Overall enjoyed our stay as a couple with two teenagers. Would recommend and stay again.

Great spot for a family vacation. Mix of owned condos and hotel managed condos. Pools were great and they just added a new bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. All of Roatan is friendly and helpful. Beachfront is small but it’s fine because you can walk up and down freely. Took two rooms. Our kids’ room had a water leak that took a full day to fix, all the rooms on our side of the resort were without water for most of one day but thankfully back before dinner time, the water maker for the fridge never worked. Honestly, these were not major issues for us. We know we are on an island in Honduras so nothing works perfectly. One really good part was the water and ice were perfectly fine at the resort so we could drink from the tap. We were there a week and we could have been more cautious but we weren’t and it was fine. Explore dining outside the hotel. Great places within walking distance. One final tip. Yes, tips. Everywhere, there’s a tip jar. Putting a few dollars here and there goes a long way even when service charges are applied already. I recommend bringing new USD bills as they will reject worn and torn ones of which there are many because they circulate a lot there.

The property was very nice. It has a great pool and a really nice workout facility. The staff were helpful with coordinating activities and transportation to and from the airport was included. The breakfast is really good and the guy who makes the omelettes truly enjoys his job! I definitely would not recommend dinner. It was very limited in choices and was not very good at all and it cost $50 a person. The food at the bar by the beach was definitely affordable and good. The beach has lounge chairs available and is very clean.

The hotel is very nice. The room were a little dated and didn’t have all the supplies you would want if you wanted to cook in a lot. The pools are beautiful. They staff is very nice and accommodating. The area, Wedy Bay has great beaches and plenty of good restaurants to choose from. Most the people staying there have been multiple times. Overall a great resort and location. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Infinity Bay! Everyone was very kind and helpful and accommodating. We had trouble with our WiFi and they quickly had their IT person fix it! Loved being just steps to the best snorkeling ever. Highly recommend spending your vacation here. We made memories to cherish a lifetime!!
