Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Endlich ein Cappuccino der etwas kräftiger ist und nicht nach Plürre schmeckt.

Rausgeschmissen worden weil der Hund dabei war. Vorherige Klärung des Hundes nicht möglich, weil zweimal mitten im Gespräch aufgelegt wurde. Keine Kompromissbereitschaft oder Lösungsorientierung seitens des unverschämten Personals. Jeglicher Vorschlag zur Lösung der Situation wurde abgelehnt. So standen wir am Feiertag abends um 19 Uhr 500km von Zuhause, und mit heulender 7-jähriger Tochter, entfernt auf der Straße.

Başta karşılama görevlisi güleryüzlü Sabreen ve adı gibi çalışkan Seyfullah olmak üzere tüm personele ve ilgililere kalpten teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum. Ulaşım imkanları, hemen yandaki REWE market, sessiz, sakin ve huzurlu bir mahalledeki konumuyla bu otel çoğu zaman tercihim olmaktadır.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in HH. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Für 14€ konnten wir unser vollgepacktes Auto (es ging am nächsten Tag weiter nach Dänemark) sich in die Tiefgarage stellen. Die U-Bahn ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar um Hamburg zu erkunden. Als Zwischenstopp werden wir dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder nutzen.

Betten für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen ok! Frühstück ok aber nichts besonderes. Mangel im Zimmer wurde am Empfang angesprochen und man uns wurde zugesagt, dies zu bereinigen. Dies war leider am späten Abend jedoch immer noch nicht erfolgt.

Gute Anbindung an die Öffis. Check-in und Check-out unkompliziert. Frontoffice Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer zweckmäßig. Klimaanlage defekt. Matratzen durchgelegen. Der Wasserkocher muss kürzlich entkalkt worden sein, aber danach nicht gespült. Der erste Kaffee war ein Hochgenuss... Teppiche in den Gängen sehr fleckig.

Das Hotel an sich war schon sehr gut. Parken ist gegen Aufpreis in der Tiefgarage möglich. Frühstück war ausreichend und sehr lecker. Aber... ich bin mit einem Kind angereist und wir haben Zimmernummer 1 bekommen. Das Zimmer war sauber und für 2 Personen ausreichend. Allerdings musste man fast betteln dass das Fenster geöffnet wird. Das war durch ein Fensterschloss gesichert und wenn das Fenster geöffnet war zog der Zigaretten Qual direkt ins Zimmer. Direkt vor dem Fenster war ein Raucherbereich. :( Ein absolutes NoGo wenn man mit einem Kind reist. Das Zimmer zu tauschen ging scheinbar auch nicht. Das hat mich etwas verärgert. Teilweise war das Personal sehr nett. Trotzdem war es ein schönes Hotel und ein (teilweise) schöner Aufenthalt.

Belle découverte de Hambourg

Chambre confortable. Dommage que la vue donnait sur les poubelles de l'hôtel, que le coffre-fort ne fonctionnait pas ( une simple reininitialisation suffisait) et que le service de ménage etait inexistant. Nous aurions bien changé de serviettes pendant ces 3 jours. Avantage : la proximité par transports publics du centre et du Kalpnagel où nous sommes aller voir un concert folk, et du lac Alster à pieds. Beau pount de départ de balades.

Godt hotel men ikke bæredygtigt nok

Det har generelt set været et godt ophold. De mangler dog ét stort fokus: maden på hotellet bør være 100% plantebaseret. Vi står midt i en klimakrise, og det kan ikke forsvares at forbruge animalske produkter. Man kan lave super lækker plantebaseret mad, og alle tænkelige retter kan gøres plantebaserede. Der er ingen undskyldning for ikke at gå 100% plantebaseret.

Rent hotell, dock väldigt mycket parfym, bokade familjerum skulle vara dubbelsäng och en extra säng så var ej falet när vi anlände. 3 eneklsängar varav bäddsoffan var lika hård som att ligga på golvet
