Hotel excelente y conveniente en Manuel Antonio

Un hotel excelente en todos los sentidos. Habitación grande espaciosa con camas cómodas y un baño grande y moderno. Zonas comunes muy bonitas y desayuno excelente. El personal muy atento. Nada que objetar. Un futbolín y un billar para uso de los huéspedes y un personal muy amable y eficiente.

The staff was nice and friendly, but the hotel itself is very dated. The unit we had had a bad odor in our room inspite of the air conditioning. The breakfast was average. The resort did not check all the boxes for us. We stayed 2 nights.

Das Zimmer war geräumig. Da direkt zur Strasse gewandt, war der Strassenlärm im Zimmer aber gut hörbar. Das stört vor allem nachts. Die Matratzen sind unbequem, man spürt die einzelnen Federn. Die Dusche hatte praktisch keinen Wasserdruck und höchstens lauwarmes Wasser. Die Minibar war entgegnen der schriftlichen Buchungsbestätigung NICHT inbegriffen. Der Pool ist klein, aber schön. Beim inbegriffenen Frühstück darf man pro Person etwas aus der Karte auswählen, das dann für einen frisch zubereitet wird, z.B Pancakes. Das war lecker. Positiv ist auch die späte Check out Zeit zu vermerken (11.30 Uhr).

We absolutely loved our time at the Falls! We stayed in a Garden View room and enjoyed being close to the pool and restaurant/bar. The property is small to medium and just lovely! We saw lots of animals, including monkeys. The food was very good, but the best part is a staff of young people who are excellent at their jobs! They are welcoming, kind, and professional. Shout-out to Monica, Daniella, and Alexander - you guys made our stay memorable! Thank you!

Slice of paradise

We loved our stay, the intimate atmosphere of the hotel and prime location. It felt like an all inclusive resort and the staff was very helpful in recommending tours and restaurants and activities nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible visit to Manuel Antonio! The staff at The Falls Resort was top notch and treated us like family. Our room was literally a gateway to the jungle with iguana, sloths, frogs, and monkeys everywhere! We will definitely return to this beautiful place.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen 3 Tages Aufenthalt in der Anlage, jedoch gab es einige Punkte, die uns enttäuscht haben. Das Zimmer war leider sehr hellhörig, sodass wir oft Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern und dem Flur gehört haben. Zudem war das Mobiliar alt und heruntergekommen, und an einigen Stellen war es nicht wirklich sauber. Besonders problematisch war der Schimmel im Badezimmer, der nach unserer Beschwerde am ersten Tag lediglich mit Chlor und einem Lappen entfernt wurde – eine gründlichere Reinigung oder Sanierung wäre hier wünschenswert gewesen. Ebenfalls sehr unangenehm war, dass es im Zimmer kein Fenster zum Lüften gab – eine Situation, die wir so noch nie erlebt haben. Auch im Badezimmer fehlte ein Lüfter, was das Raumklima zusätzlich beeinträchtigt hat. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Essen im Restaurant, das wirklich sehr gut war. Besonders das Frühstück und die Desserts! 😍 Das Personal hingegen wirkte stellenweise etwas unhöflich. Allerdings wurde uns als Entschädigung ein Abendessen geschenkt, was eine sehr nette Geste war. Sollten wir wiederkommen, dann nur mit einem anderen Zimmer.
