Did not realize this was an HOURLY type of hotel from the reviews I read and the pic of the room I booked. The room was completely different from the type I booked and is clearly a sex dungeon type of room. Complete with menu for sex toys and condoms on the table. Very questionable stains visible, quite sure it’s bodily fluids and all of room is not cleaned well. We were disgusted and did not finish our stay, opting to leave and find accommodations elsewhere. Definitely needs to clearly be advertised as the type of hotel it is. Also no additional lock on door, it has been removed.

A little Gem in the hustle and bustle

This is a Secret Garden hotel i quite enjoyed it in a laneway away from the hustle and bustle this was my 5 trip to Saigon and i have stayed in all sorts of hotels it is a lovers hotel i had a bit of a laugh but regardless place was spotless lift works well there are so many breakfast places around local food plus English breakfast pastries BaiMai manager and staff make a real effort with translating phones personally I would stay there again

They told me, they couldn't find my reservation. Then sent me to a "different branch". ( Not sure if it's some sort of scam?) Wouldn't been fine with it actually but the room was nothing like what i booked, much smaller, with the shower not draining so the whole bathroom floor was standing water. It was also much further from the center so i ended up wasting a lot of time and money on taxi. The room was also not cleaned durjng my stay.

I wish I would have never booked this hotel.The minute you walk in.It's full of motorcycles in the lobby, it smells like gasoline You could not stand up in the room where the bed was. The photos were a little misrepresentative. I'd recommend you find a different hotel. I was not very pleased but forced into taken it because of timing

I got there and the room I originally was not the room but a down grade, according to them it prolly was a system issue which is not my fault they’re system is broken decides to stay In it for the night until it was sorted .The bathroom was dirty along with the sink. There was a condom opened on floor by the bed which means the room was cleaned from the last guest. They moved me to another room which is originally ordered but tried to pass of as an upgrade for Inconvenience. I was so tired and had a headache I stayed in the room. A few hours of sleep I got up and went to throw paper in the trash and there was another used condom in it. They had to nerve to charge me for the night. If you value your health absolutely do not book this place. It is not clean and will put your health at risk. It made me sick to my stomach to know they are not cleaning these rooms.
