I want to express my first concern, the front desk personnel (male) walking me, a woman, to the purchased room alone and going into room. Showing the woman the two pen stains on Queen comforter. Making the first expression of the establishment a bit awkward and not normal behavior from hotel staff. I have stayed in many hotels and never had a guide. The odd behavior continued within respect to him toward me, the woman. Had the room not been prepaid for the three night stay, and losing out on money. I would have abruptly left the first night. Off the topic of odd behavior and uncomfortable feeling created my staffing; the hotel seemed lije itvwas in renovations perhaps, as in, maybe not prepared for guests just yet- the ice machine shown on walk/tour, did not work the entire time on main floor by side door, TV network switched to movie channel-no TV for 1 whole day, no toilet paper holder (broken), no tissues in room but tossue holder, extra shower towels- sparse and no coffee provided in room or continental breakfast. 1 star. Hopefully things will get better, but I will never be back at this particular hotel establishment.
