Sincèrement, les mauvais commentaires sur hotels.com ne reflètent tellement pas ce que nous avons vécu qu'on est en droit de se demander si ce sont de véritables clients qui les ont publiés. Nous avons réservé le Dome deluxe 2 et tout était strictement parfait. L'endroit est à coupé le souffle, les installations étaient parfaitement entretenues

Super accueil, restaurant Le Bistro délicieux et expérience incroyable.
Seul bémol, le manque de pantoufles et d’une bouteille d’eau.

Les salles de bain du chalet et la propreté du chalet complet en soit laissait à désirer. Nous n’avions pas de mouchoirs, il manquait de quelques items: guenilles et choses pour nettoyer la vaisselle

At the check in, they didn’t agree with the free breakfast advertised , had to argue. The roads are not easy to drive to the tent. Neiborrs left their dog alone in their tent and the dog barked all night .

Very disappointing stay at Bel Air. We were unfortunately given a different chalet than the one we booked and were advised nothing could be done as the chalet we booked was reserved by another guest. The gentleman at the front desk insisted we were given the correct chalet. Our reservation was for the Luxury Chalet 1098 sq ft with bath tub and we were given the Andorra Family 750 sq ft no bath tub chalet. We did confirm through Expedia that our reservation was correct and the wrong chalet was given. We decided to try to make the best of it since there were no other options but As soon as we walked in to the Andorra 2 we wanted to leave, debated just driving back to Ottawa. The "chalet" is dark, dingy and run down. The living/ dinning area is so small that you have to move the dinning table to use the couch. Cob webs everywhere outside, dead bugs on the walls, filthy concrete floors, rusted base board heaters
Maybe the other chalets are in better shape as the one we had reserved did look great in the photos.

I stayed in two different domes at Bel Air before and had no issues, but this experience was absolutely horrible.
Check-in was a mess. The reception took an extremely long time, there was a line behind me, and no one came to help the only receptionist. It felt very understaffed and unorganized. Instead of sending the door code by text, the receptionist wrote it down on paper.
We drove all the way to the chalet in -30°C weather, only to find that the code did not work. We couldn’t reach anyone for help and had to drive back, wait in line again, and get a new code. No apology was offered.
The chalet (Andorra 2) was in terrible condition and clearly not ready for guests:
• No pillowcases
• Hair everywhere
• Pillows looked used and dirty
• Dirty dishes left behind
• Gas smell inside
• Sticky table and sticky leather couch
• Fingerprints all over the ceiling (very unsettling)
I was genuinely disgusted and uncomfortable touching anything.
The bed made loud noises as if it was hundreds of years old—completely unacceptable.
Since it was New Year’s Eve and we couldn’t book anywhere else, we called just to get pillowcases. We received only 4 pillowcases for 12 pillows. We had to call again, but the office closed at 7 PM and there was no further communication.
During my previous stays, robes were provided. This time—nothing.

The restaurant was fully booked, which I understand due to New Year’s Eve, but takeaway was already closed at 3 PM, leaving us with no food options

If you want an unforgettable vacation, be aware that this hotel may double-book accommodations, leaving the room type dependent on who checks in first. When I arrived, the cottage assigned to me looked very different from the photos and from what I had reserved. It was smaller, the kitchen layout was different, and the bathroom lacked a bathtub.
I went back to the front desk to confirm, and the staff acknowledged that I had reserved a different room type, but explained that it was already occupied. I also contacted Expedia to report the issue, but after my trip I was told that the hotel insisted there was no problem and refused to refund.
I reserved the Luxury Chalet but was placed in the Family Chalet instead. I don’t understand how this was considered acceptable when the accommodations clearly did not match my reservation.
