Management and cleanliness of this property were significantly below professional standards. Our stay was marred by poor communication and complete lack of basic hospitality. On arrival, the hotel could not find our Expedia reservation, causing unnecessary stress after international travel. Despite submitting our passport information ahead of time, we were forced to resubmit it to an "unfamiliar number" via messaging, which raised privacy and security concerns. The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival. We found crumbs on chairs, used water bottles under the bed, and discarded containers on the windowsills. For any traveler, these hygiene lapses are unacceptable. Despite booking a two-bedroom, three-bathroom unit, the unit was vastly undersupplied. Only one bathroom had a hand towel and a bath mat. We had to step onto bare floors and had no way to dry our hands in the other bathrooms. We inquired about parking through multiple channels; most ignored us, one only with a paid solution. Furthermore, despite staying for over a week, the hotel refused to provide adequate toilet paper. We were given half-rolls and eventually told we had to purchase our OWN, an unheard of policy for a week-long hotel accommodation. The staff's handling of our checkout was frustrating. They refused a late checkout unless we paid for a full extra day, then repeatedly asked about it after we declined. When we finally decided to accept the offer the next day, they stated no accommodation.

I would not recommend this accommodation. The booking through Relocated was fine, but the experience with the property itself was very poor. Although the apartment looked okay, it had a strong musty smell, as if it hadn’t been used or ventilated properly. Despite completing pre-check-in, we arrived at midnight and had to wait over an hour for the keys. The building reception (not connected to the property) had no information and couldn’t help. When the staff member finally arrived, his attitude was rude and full of excuses rather than solutions. We booked a two-bedroom apartment and requested two keys, which was not properly handled. There was no air conditioning, and when we asked for a fan, we were told none was available. The main door key didn’t work properly, making access difficult. We reported it on day one but nothing was resolved. Communication via WhatsApp was frustrating — lots of apologies but no real action. While the location is good and the apartment itself is acceptable, poor management, lack of organisation, humidity smell and broken blinds made the stay disappointing. I would not stay here again.

The check-in was awful. I arrived at 2:00 am and the front desk staff did not have my name registered. He wanted me to contact the condo owner which I did not have because I used Expedia. Front desk stafff contacted the property management after hours services. It took 1 and half hour to finish the check in process

Familie mit 2 Kindern (2j,4j) Nachdem wir schon 16 Nächte im Wynwood House ware, Dachten wir probieren es mit dem TreehouseDas Appartment war schön gross ca 70m2 Die 2 Separaten Schlafzimmer mit je 1 Kingsize bett , eigenes wc dusche mit wohnzimmer seperate gästewc waschküche und küche (gasbetrieben) und grossen kühlschrank war genug gross für uns 4. Leider wurden wir bitter endtäuscht! Beim betreten der wohning fanden wir haare auf der bartheke , unter dem esstisch und in der dusche, die wohnung wurde nicht gereint vor amkunft! Das problem wurde innerhalb 1h gelöst und komplet neu gereinigt. Leider war die Aussicht direkt auf das Gebäude. Leider hört man den Strassenlärm durch das geschlossene fenster. Das Sicherheitspersonal waren alle immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Über einen eigenen what app chat konnte man seine sorgen und Probleme mitteilen und antworteten innerhalb von 5 min. Das war super und immer freundlich.
