Amazing hotel and the staff is incredible. Food every morning was hot and fresh. The staff would check in daily via text. Great converstations and what a great locations. Minutes from downtown flagstaff.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet even though it was located near the hiway. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and lots of space. Our room was cleaned daily which was a plus. Breakfast was very good. The outside firepit was great. We enjoyed sitting around the fireplace. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Campus move-in without the headache!

The staff was great! They were very friendly and accommodating. Loved the location, hidden away but very close to the campus. Breakfast was great and the staff were quick to refill on a busy day (campus move-in)! Will absolutely stay here again!

Cheap building construction

Everything was excellent from friendly staff, great room, nice decor, only real problem was the building construction, it's cheap. You can hear dogs barking and vehicles starting up from closed window , noise from corridor rooms above and next door , had to call front desk as the people above us were loud banging and jumping on floor.

The hotel was perfect :) the lady’s at the front were very nice . Check in was easy . We had a perfect view of the courtyard area . I chose this hotel in particular, mainly because it’s new but I also had to have surgery and I just wanted a space to just rest up , which I did just that . It is shared with another hotel but the wait wasn’t too long for the elevator. The breakfast area does get really busy as goes for the restaurant. We didn’t try the restaurant though . My bf loved the gym !!

The hotel just opened a month ago when we stayed in early October 2025. All was great except there were so many youngster groups for tournaments/events (near NAU) that resulted in noise from lobby, elevators, to hallways. The size of breakfast staffing doesn't match to the size of hotel guests (despite their hard efforts), especially 7-8 am. One thing to note is the shower head was so high, even for me 5'11".

I recognize this is a new hotel. It is very nice but still in the start-up phase. I am a Hilton Honors Gold member but was not recognized as such by the check-in staff. No courtesy water or snack as is typical. Rooms are great and comfortable, no complaints. Wifi is confusing to join as both hotels come up as selections. Bistro is also very good with friendly staff. Breakfast could have been good but was poorly managed and several food items had been fully consumed and not replenished. Pancake machine did not work. Ran out of eggs and bacon by 8 am. Staff was very sparse and had to be sought out and advised of the issues. One female employee in particular (older) was not at all friendly. In general, breakfast was a disappointment. At check-out, asked for complimentary water but none was available. Frt desk counter person did check the back room. To her credit, she allowed us to take 2 bottles from the purchase items area. Believe this location has some start-up issues to overcome.
