Fui comemorar aniversário de 25 amos de casamento e pedi que o hotel fizesse uma surpresa pra gente. Segue a mensagem so hotel abaixo: Oi Claudio, bom dia! Recebemos sua reserva sim, mas reservas feitas pela hotéis.com, eles não encaminham mensagens para nós. "Que bom que nos enviou mensagem direta. Faremos uma decoração romantica com flores do nosso bosque. Sem custo extra" Ao chegar no quarto nao tinha nemhuma decoração. Na primeira noite teve uma apagão de luz em grande parte de imbassai(o hotel não tem culpa), mas a luz de emergência no quarto não funcionou. Demorou algumas horas pra voltar e ficou impossível ficar no quarto , devido ao calor e maos uma vez o hotel falhou, pois meu quarto ficava distante da recepção e pra andar até embaixo tava tudo escuro, sem luz de emergência no caminho. Na última noite, pedimos uma pizza, porém eu esqueci de pedir KETCHUP e pedi ao hotel e queriam me cobrar o sachê; inacreditável

Fiquei hospedada na EcoPousada Vilangelim, em Imbassaí, e a experiência foi maravilhosa. O quarto é amplo e muito confortável, com mesa e cadeiras, armário, frigobar, ar-condicionado e ventilador. O chuveiro é excelente e a pousada oferece lindos produtos de higiene que valorizam a cultura da Bahia, um detalhe muito especial. A varanda é simplesmente incrível — você realmente se sente dentro de uma pequena floresta, cercada pela natureza e pelo silêncio. É um espaço perfeito para relaxar. O café da manhã é excelente, com muita variedade, e as tapiocas feitas na hora são deliciosas! Um destaque que faz toda a diferença. Outro ponto importante é que a pousada não aceita crianças menores de 8 anos. Isso faz com que o público seja mais de casais, criando um ambiente extremamente tranquilo e relaxante. Caminhar pelas áreas da pousada é sempre uma surpresa agradável. Cada canto foi pensado com muito cuidado e charme, e você se encanta com os detalhes do lugar. A piscina é um charme a parte! Uma experiência encantadora em Imbassaí, perfeita para quem busca descanso, natureza e tranquilidade.
