Comfortable hotel close to Main Station. A nice solution for the people who want to choose a nice hotel almost connected to M3 exit of Taipei Station subway. The room was clean and quite big, very clean and comfortable if the fornitura are a little bit aged. Gym is quite good. Staff was very polite.

This hotel is situated in a convenient location in Taipei, close in proximity to the metro, shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing in general parks, museums, night markets etc.) the hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. It has a fitness center and multiple onsite restaurants for breakfast buffet and fine dining. However, it does not have amenities like ice and vending machines and a bar like the other newer hotels in the area but the hotel rate is also a tad lower.

Convenient location, somewhat okay stay

I booked the hotel because the location was extremely convenient to the station. There were two station exits really close to the hotel entrance, which made traveling on metro such as the MRT and HSR so quick. The staff was also extremely professional and helpful. As for the room, I enjoyed how spacious and clean it was. Very easy to navigate from the hotel entrance to my room. The amenities and bathroom were also nice during the stay. However, there were some issues during the stay. The bed was harder than what I was used to, but was workable. The worst issue was the A/C, where the room was not cold even when I set the room temperature to the highest cool setting. This was not convenient especially in Taipei's humid summers. Overall, I really enjoyed the lodging for its convenience and value. However, the bed and A/C was a concern during my visit.

Miss Tian’s attention to detail, warm hospitality, and dedication to ensuring our room was always immaculate made our stay truly comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism reflect the high standards of service at Cosmos Hotel. This was our third stay at the hotel, and as always, the entire team—from the front office, bell hop, housekeeping, and the 17 Café staff —made us feel warmly welcomed. Every interaction was filled with genuine care, making us feel like we were returning home each time. Thank you, Miss Tian Xiao Lan and the entire Cosmos Hotel team, for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to returning soon!
