The cabin was not very clean and a bit worn here and there. However, the service was excellent. A broken chair was promptly replaced and when we lost a wallet Sophia promptly phoned us and packaged it for a courier to pick it up.

Avoid S1 at any cost

We arrived after the reception had closed, so we checked in via the self-service machine and were assigned room S1, which was located next to the service station and the rubbish room. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed a strong smell of mold and dampness. The shower area had visible mold and hair from previous guests, and the pillows and duvets appeared insufficiently cleaned. The room's proximity to the rubbish room was also problematic, as the noise from people accessing it repeatedly disrupted our sleep. Additionally, the sofa bed was worn and dirty when opened. On a positive note, the location and the playground were both excellent

Cute little cabins with mini golf and a skatepark!

First Camp Malmo is perfect for families. We stayed in one of the cabins. It was tiny, but so cute, all the amenities we needed - except sheets, pillow cases (we had to buy those at the Lidl nearby, but would have been easier to rent at the front desk had we not arrived after hours.) We loved the mini golf and the skateboard park across the field. Cool to see the Oresund Bridge in the background as well!

Il personale è stato gentilissimo ed efficiente. L’appoggio bello e comodo ma va curato di più, aggiornando e manutenendo gli arredi. Visto che ci troviamo in mezzo alla natura (vista e atmosfera meravigliosa) un occhio di riguardo alle ragnatele e ai ragni durante la pulizia sarebbe stato gradito. Parti comuni tenute meglio della cabin.

Très bon emplacement. Assez proche de Malmö ( 30mn en bus). Le personnel est gentil mais ne donne aucune information. Personnellement, je n’appelle pas cela un accueil. Les batiments sont remplis de toiles d’araignées...même notre petit chalet ; ce n’est pas très engageant quand on arrive! Les services ? Nous avons utilisé le mini golf qui malgré son intérêt est lui aussi mal entretenu et...payant ! Le fait que les sanitaires soient accessibles uniquement avec une carte est très contraignant...surtout à 4! Mais bon on peut s’adapter aussi. Nous sommes assez durs sur les commentaires, désolé mais le tarif étant de 100.00 euros la nuit pour le plus petit chalet on s’attend à avoir un accueil un peu professionnel et un peu plus propre. Désolée pour ce commentaire pas très positif mais si mes remarques peuvent être prises en compte! Il n’est pas impossible que l’on revienne si des améliorations sont faites!

Vi ankom til hotellet midt om natten. Receptionen var lukket, hvilket var helt forståeligt. Vi fulgte instruktionerne og hentede nøglerne i den aflåste trækasse. Men nøglekortene virkede ikke. Vi var allerede meget trætte og havde kun seks timer tilbage, før vores fly afgik, så vi kunne knap tænke klart. Det var det værste, der kunne ske for os i den situation. Hvis du planlægger at bo her, så sørg for at ankomme i receptionens åbningstid.

Vi fik en hytte der lugtede rigtig meget af røg og var nødt til at flytte hytte, magen til den hytte vi kom fra, hvilket gik hurtigt . Rengøring var okay men der er mange pletter madrasserne og topmadrassen som var ret ulækkert. Måske det var på tide at skifte dem ud !

Enkelt campingliv

Rent och fräscht rum för att vara en camping. Enklare livet. Funkade perfekt för en natt mellan landning. Istället för betala dyrt hotell. Prisvärt. Men svårt med incheckning på kvällen/natten då personal inte finns och deras maskin som man ska hämta ut kortet ifrån, touchenskärmen är inte bra. Väldigt sliten så ibland svårt att trycka fram all information de behöver. Så det är ett tips , byta ut skärmen till nästa år iaf 😊
