A 2 night stay. Less than 15 minutes drive from the centre of Bury S.E. Good sized room with a comfy bed. Recommended.

Great place to stay.

Clean comfortable room. Staff very friendly and restaurant lovely. Food was amazing, the chef even came out to speak with us and make sure everything was ok.

6/10 Good

The room was clean and fresh. Bedding very uncomfortable and mattress very hard. Not a great night sleep. Bed size excellent On arrival the first thing said was”you owe £15 for early check in” no pleasantries at all very disappointing. We had driven 6hrs to get there so would have been nice to ask to offer coffee or drink. Bar staff in evening very good and quiz master brilliant. Evening meal was excellent. Breakfast - ok, mushroom so watery that my plate was filled with water. Had to ask for toast as did not arrive with breakfast.

Lovely room - clean, fresh, bright and big comfy bed. Well stocked tea/coffee tray with bottled water and fresh milk in the fridge. Plenty of space for clothes storage. Big fluffy towels in the bathroom. Check in was easy and fuss free. Food is good, tasty and well presented.

VERY DISAPPOINTING! Disability issues NOT listen!

BED FAR TOO HIGH! I am 5ft 6 inches but felt UNSAFE sitting on the bed! Hotel was aware of my Disability but STILL insisted in providing me with a HIGH, UNCOMFORTABLE Twin bed! VERY surprised, VERY disappointed. The Bathroom was totally UNACCEPTABLE for Walking frame OR Wheelchair! Thank goodness we were staying mid-week, our room was RIGHT OUTSIDE where people were sitting/drinking/eating: we felt they were ;'on top of us'!!! Breakfast Waiter had NO idea what was on offer (ie: cereals, juice etc). TV TOO HIGH up to be able to use remote! Disability issues 'NOT listen too'!

6/10 Good

Room was ok but very noisy, no soundproofing and thin adjoining door, I could hear clearly everything from too next door and from behind, not good if you need sleep, Bed however was very comfortable breakfast was amazing, parking easy, just the noise levels need to be addressed.

Restaurant en personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het bed was als beton zo hard en het kussen veerde ook niet mee.

Excellent service and dinner and breakfast freshly cooked to a high standard.
Mark, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This is not a 4 star nor a 3 star as this is more a lodging. Cannot open room door after returning from dinner but not a staff in site all is asleep by 10:30pm. The door latch was jammed. Nearly had to sleep in my car. No emergency number to call nor any communication process on reception as there is zero reception. Spent nearly 2hrs trying to get into my room. The shower was very good but the screen allow water to leak and nice lots of towels. The coffee machine disaster that does not hold room coffee cup. Toppled out of the machine and coffee spilled but cup smashed to pieces. What a nightmare stay. The staff are polite and nice but overall the worst experience in a hotel ever.

Breakfast Sadly this was a disappointment as despite breakfast being included we had to leave at 0730 before breakfast starting at 0800 ( which we do understand ) but enquiring on arrival at 1500 when we asked if something like a continental even a croissant was possible we were told no , further request of perhaps just orange juice we could have to take up to substitute breakfast we were told no. It was not the message but the manner in which we were spoken to was negative and unhelpful . I’m sure we are not the first to need to leave early and it was 16 hours notice I hope the premises might consider clients needs be it simple and inexpensive in the future and perhaps staff be sympathetic to requests even if having to deliver a negative message But I have to say that the room was very well presented , modern decor , super clean white linen bright , bathroom likewise . Great tea / coffee/ hot chocolate available . Comfortable bed . Again minor issues that perhaps staff should have dealt with pre arrival , no spare toilet roll , TV channels 2/3/4 not working poor signal / TV remote damaged battery within! Dining room clean and nice ambience good ( apart from when heavy rock music played) menu and food good . Service not brilliant !

This was a great stay of excellent value for the money. The breakfast was included and it was extremely good in those circumstances. All the staff were very friendly.

Comfy rooms with lovely hot, freshly cooked breakf

1 night stay for a ' hallf way' meet up with friends. Lovely friendly pub, made feel welcome, really comfortable bed with good quality bedding. Breakfast good quality and lovely and hot. Only criticism would be, would have been nice to have had a pot of tea rather than individual cups at breakfast. Thank you for a really nice stay !

We were just passing through and needed a bed for the night, and the Three Kings was in the right place and what we were hoping to pay (school holidays). The Three Kings was much better than expected, great bed, good shower with a bar next door that served good food. Added to my favourates and will stay again.
