Great hotel on the way to the south of France

Very good hotel on the way to the south of France. We wanted a stop "mid-way" so we picked Dijon. the hotel is not far from the motorway, which is good, and there is parking. Breakfast was good, just what you need before the rest of the journey.

The hotel is well kept. The rooms are simply furnished with air conditioning, but quite large with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good and offered a large variety of foods. Service was good, all were very helpful and friendly. It is located in an industrial, retail area next to a ring road so it is quite load.

The hotel is an industrial zone not far from the highway. It turned out that the some of the rooms, that were a bit cheaper, were actually not renovated - this was not communicated on the expedia homepage. After in turned out that additionally the flush in the toilet was not functioning, we were upgraded to a renovated room which was modern and acceptable. The personel was frienldly and put an effort to resove the situation. Thanks for this.

The property is convenient but it is not in good shape. I paid the property vie Expedia but the hotel by mistake charged me the room again. They promise to solve it but still waiting for my refund.

Stay away.

You get what you pay for. The room wasn’t very clean. You could hear noise from the corridor and other rooms. The bed was uncomfortable, sheets seemed clean though. Floor dirty. Bathroom! No shower curtain over the bath so the water flooded the bathroom and into the bedroom. Had to use the towels to mop up as it was so dangerous. The carpets in the corridors were threadbare. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Have stayed in other Originals hotels and have been ok. Did pay more though.

Room very old fashioned, not clean, no kettle in the room, was broken. Booked a double room but had two singles not same height, very uncomfortable. T.V on a very high shelf. Cups provided were polystyrene. No shower curtain so when having a shower the floor got so wet

Petit bémol : les portes claquent jusqu'à tard (11h-minuit), et on entend bien les voisins. Par bonheur, ils sont silencieux à partir de 11h30-minuit (toute la nuit donc). Une valeur sûre pour les gens de passage qui travaillent.
