The landscaping and outside appearance is beautiful. The breakfast is absolutely terrible, all processed items, even the orange juice isn’t real OJ. My room was not very nice, old looking. Bathroom door took up lots of room, should be a pocket door, no table in the room or desk. Looked like furniture was added here and there just because, not well thought out. Manager was very friendly, greeting all the guests.

This qas the worst experience I've ever had at this hotel. They put us in room #410, which is the worst room they have. In the past the rooms were at least clean and the air conditioner was peiced together with tape. Large dead cockroaches on the floor, horrible. I use this particular hotel every time we go to Caldwell TX. I guess we will be going to Bryan or College Station now.

Peanuts and ice cream spoon on the floor behind nite stand I moved away from the wall to use the plugs. My shoes made sticky sounds on the floor. The bathroom was not very clean and the room smelled soured or moldy.

This hotel experience was very average. We stayed for 3 nights. I booked the 4 queen bed room. It has one restroom for 8 people. It wouldn’t have been bad if maybe we had enough towels for everyone. I asked for more towels and was only handed 2. Toilet paper ran out quick and thought that the employees would restock it. Breakfast was ok, it only had one waffle maker, toast, pop tarts, cereal, coffee, and juice. Front desk people were nice. The beds did there job. The indoor pool is pretty small.

Weekend stay. Like the small town feel. Pool was good for the little ones. Ate local and attended a Bluebonnet fest a few miles away.

Horrible service during check in, room was dirty, hair everywhere in the shower, stained sheets. Wind they put is in was out of control, kids smoking marijuana and partying, front desk did nothing about it.

Stains on covers. No milk for cereal. Breakfast soso. Staff very friendly. Didn’t expect much for the price but only place in town so it was fine for a night. Have to go back to that area again, so will be back there.

The clerk was rude and unprofessional snacthed reciept out of my hand and said that I would get a copy from the company I booked with also called the front desk and told them my tv was not working and he said i would be ok since I was due to check out in the morning.

I reserved my room a couple of weeks before my stay and informed 2 Adults 2 keys 2 nights 2 half days and one whole day and I was given 2 keys by female front desk clerk as I checked in then 3x’s one of my keys would stop working. I informed management the man who I spoke to the owners brother nlaw was very very rude . He lied and said I could only have one key because only one key works for each room. So I gave him my keys thinking he was going to re key them or at least one and he said no I could not have any. I asked how would I get into my room he said he didn’t know so to prevent an argument I asked if he could open the door for me he said no I then said that was not ok he finally very hesitantly went to let me in still did not give me a key. I changed rooms my second night because the ac and heat were not working and he said I could not change rooms because it cost money to clean and change rooms and tried to charge me without notification. Luckily my card was locked. They put breakfast up at 8:30 am when it’s 6 am till 9 am. The two day front desk clerks were AWESOME,SWEET AND SO HELPFUL but THE MAN ACTING AS MANAGEMENT WAS HORRIBLE VERY HORRIBLE AND RUDE…I recommend to not stay there or and that man which his wife and him I believe live there be replaced. Unnecessary complications just AWEFUL. VERY UNSATIFIED!

We had a great stay here. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Ivy helped me with every question, with grace and kindness. We stay here every time we visit family! Older hotel but great stay!
