This is a brand new property and I loved tge rooftop pool. The gym gets a little crowded in the morning but I managed a good workout. There is 24 supermarket 1 block away and several dining options. I was in room 902 with solid exposed concret walls that were very silent. Only thing missing was a coffee maker in the room. Except for that I loved everything.

Hotel is clean and nice. the only complaint is that the front desk connected me to an excursion on WhatsApp. I booked it and the excursion was responsive untill they received payment. Once they got payment they went MIA and the hotel nor the company called “luxury beach club” approved my payment and gave me details on where to go for meeting point. 2 days after I left Colombia they took $350 payment and still are unresponsive. Friendly advice Please do not book anything with this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful it was open only one week prior to my arrival. There are only two elevators for 18 floors. There is no a/c in the elevator. The electricity and the water was going out everyday. My last day at the hotel the water went out while showering. The mattresses were extremely hard. The best thing about the hotel Was the staff they were all very helpful. The breakfast buffet was also a plus. The gym was small and equipment was crammed in a tight small space.

O hotel é incrível, tinindo de novo! Atendimento excelente, drink de boas vindas, staff educadíssimo, quarto ótimo com cama e travesseiros maravilhosos, silencioso. Disponibilidade de água, café e chá o dia inteiro. Piscina maravilhosa, excelente para refrescar de um dia de passeios nessa região tão quente. O por do sol ali é lindo! Problema é só com a cidade mesmo. Você pisa fora do hotel e é assediado o tempo todo para entrar em todo lugar, comprar todo tipo de coisa. Ir à praia na região do hotel é um desafio ao bom humor de tanta aporrinhação. Amamos a cidade e voltaríamos, mas é uma parte chatíssima do turismo na região.

El hotel, la habitación y rooftop excelentes. La atención de algunos miembros del personal fue excelente pero otros con mucha lentitud y demora en respuesta. Especialmente en el desayuno, era complicado pedir café en la mesa. Los elevadores demasiado demorados y para tantos pisos solo 2, es poco.

Hotel espetacular

O hotel é incrível, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e gentis, a localização é muito boa pra quem quer conhecer a parte de boca grande perto de shoppings, mercados e restaurantes. Fomos recebidos com bebidas de boas vindas e na recepção sempre tinha água gelada de cortesia. A piscina é excelente e o hotel oferece ótimas comodidades. Até quando tivermos um problema em nosso quarto um funcionário apareceu imediatamente e resolveu (mostrando que hotel realmente se preocupa com o bem estar do hóspede) voltaria novamente sem nenhuma dúvida.
