The start was great overall, but the room lacked certain amenities that would’ve been very useful such as dishes, utensils and some way to reheat food. The AC worked great, the pool was beautiful and everything was clean 😊

Hennessey was such a great helper if you’re thinking about staying here, go ahead and book we stayed at an all-inclusive 15 minutes away close by so this was our one day stay and honestly, we had better service here. Food is amazing. People are so humble around. We were a little bit iffy about walking around the town but honestly, the people are so nice and so sweet and humble. It’s honestly cheaper to buy things around this area if you want something more of seeing the real side of Dominican Republic? This is it

We felt right at home. I went with my son, and everything was calm, clean, and the staff made us feel like family. Genesis, the manager, is very kind, and Anthony, the chef, makes delicious dishes that we’ll already miss. Henry is also very respectful. The service here in Départure is truly exceptional. The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave😃.I could stay here all year!
