The staff was great and the breakfast buffet did not disappoint. However, the physical structure seemed a little tired. The room refrigerator was less than basic and was reported to staff.

Super friendly staff and front entrance, plenty of parking for me and my trailer. I got a pet friendly room, I was a bit saddened by the carpeting (I wish all pet rooms had hard surface, but it was fine. The AC had broken and they put one in the room before I got there that had made the carpet wet. The bathroom was dark but clean. Now the positives, nice beds, clean room, easy to get outside with a pet and a nice place to walk him. Had a nice pool, great breakfast, and cookies when I got there at night. I will definitely use this place again and have marked it as a favorite for the future.

The rooms were very clean and nice, the beds were fantastic and the breakfast had a lot of options. The hallways ans common spaces could use more cleaning but overall the hotel was a great place to stay.

We had no towels in our room, but the front desk was quick to bring them. The thermostat wouldn’t adjust in the room, thankfully it was cool enough to sleep. Breakfast was a disappointment, no waffle mix, not much variety in muffins or pastries. Didn’t bother with the hot dishes because the coffee was empty when we went down. Bed was comfy and clean.

A lovely location that was quiet. We loved the large hot tub with the garage door to the patio. The breakfast was amazing. This hotel was close to many dining options, and the sightseeing locations we wanted to check out. It was a perfect space to relax on our get awwy!

8/10 Very good

We stayed for two nights at the Evetgreen Inn in Bismarck. It was OK, but a disappointing stay. The room was not very well maintained. There was a vent in the shower in the bathroom that was very dirty. There were scratches all over the inside door of the bathroom where it appears another guest had left their dog locked in There was a big gash/scratch on the bottom of the table where the microwave and refrigerator were located. There was no coffee maker in the room and coffee was only available in the breakfast room during breakfast hours. There were no tables or chairs in the lobby so there was no place to sit other than your room or the breakfast room during open breakfast hours. The tried to add a nice touch with cucumber water and chocolate chip cookies available in the lobby, but cookies were awful. The breakfast was adequate, but they had no scrambled eggs or any eggs the second day just some potatoes and processed ham slices. The towels were inadequate for the two day stay and they only offer housekeeping every third day unless requested. The staff was very personable and helpful. Parking is goid and location is good with easy access It was not bad, but very disappointing. We will not stay there again.

Air conditioning was out, building lobby and hallways were hot, but room was nice and cool. Room was clean but old. Beds were comfortable. There was a towel shortage and we only had one in our room. When we asked the desk for more they just gave us a arm full of wadded up towels that hadnt been folded.
