I had such a great stay here! Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was super nice and relaxing. You can tell they really care about their guests. I truly loved it here and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Loved that there was free parking because parking is a big issue in Miami. The environment was clean and cozy. The check in process was quick and seamless. It would be nice if there was a bottle of water in the fridge at least. Even if it came at a cost, it would have been nice to have something to drink inside. The mattress was an issue because it was worn and had a sink in the middle. I had to use the cushions to help to keep me level on the bed to avoid back pain. The mattress in Room 2 really needs to be replaced. Otherwise, great location, clean room, cozy spot. I'd stay again if I'm certain that the bed situation is sorted.

Arrived to find dirty bed linen on sofa bed and dead insects in living room, litter and cigarette ends out back door, 2 towels for 3 people and broken items. Gate to garden had missing handle on inside meaning couldn't open to get out. Back door doesn't seem secure. Contacted property owners to ask for refund as we couldn't stay. Initially offered a bottle of wine, then said would clean the property properly next day. Manager eventually ignored all communication. No refund given. Would recommend people do not stay.

Cama literalmente rota y colchón inservible. Imposible descansar en esas condiciones!!! Limpieza general bien. Pero las sabanas y las toallas, aunque lavadas tenían manchas persistentes. Además las toallas al igual que el colchón y la cama hace tiempo que las deberían haber tirado a la basura, están desgastadas y deshilachadas.

Room was clean, the owner was rude and had myself and my gf standing in the rain all because of the weird way of how they ask for additional fees just to check in early. It doesn’t say on hotels . Com as you book this room that if you want early check in that you have to pay in cash or Zelle them, even though when you book this room it’s using my visa not Zelle or cash so it was very weird and him not being understanding made it very bad. The owner was very rude to me and my gf on the phone and made me feel uncomfortable

I wanted this to be a 5 star rating. The location was perfect for what i needed. There was on site parking which was a big savings for the area. The small bungalow style studios were quaint. Here is where it dips below 5 stars. The door handle for the private gate is broken, so you hasp you have

Everything about the bungalow was amazing. I never been to Florida and this was a nice experience for me for my first time... It was perfect size for me n my person… I was only staying there at night for sleep. The ac wasn’t the most powerful but it was better than no ac. Other than that. Everything was nice.

I would categorize this property as more so a BNB than a proper hotel. The place and location worked for this trip. It's just I had to ask they tone down on all the damage fee warnings. As a single individual traveling for business, this was a real turnoff. I would understand if this was in the middle of the city, or a rental during spring break, but it wasn't. This was such a turnoff that I would not stay at this property again.
