Séjour parfait : Chambre personnalisée avec goût Piscine couverte et piscine externe Petit parcours santé, joli jardin. Les petits déjeuners sont très conviviaux avec des produits bands madré ( confiture de marrons, gateau). Nous avons pu arriver la nuit sans problème.

Peaceful stopover in rural setting

We stayed as an overnight returning North from Provence- at 45 mins from the E15. The hotel is a small complex containing a main hotels, several old detached houses which are rentable as an whole and range of duplex apartments. The main hotel looks like a Swiss chalet and the site is located in its own grounds on the outskirts of the town in hilly countryside with rural views. A medium sized indoor and smaller outdoor pool are fewer for guest while there is a small spa and wellness centre. The staff reception were very friendly and we were upgraded to a room with an outdoor terrace. We had dinner on the outdoor terrace and as vegetarians had the same three courses which were very tasty and good value: an indoor bar was modern and funky. Breakfast had a good selection of buffet food which was totally self-service including cutlery but was delicious with local treats such as homemade chestnut jam and myrtle preserve. We were sorry not to have stayed longer as good walks are close to the hotel and it’s quiet setting was both relaxing and peaceful. Rooms were good value despite having been booked last minute. Highly recommended as a stopover or for longer stays.

Montags hat das Restaurant und die Bar geschlossen. Hinweis auf die Bar fehlte. Nachdem wir in 15 Km Enfernung Tacos gegessen haben ( in allen Orten waren die Restaurants geschlossen) wollten wir um 19.30 wenigsten noch ein Glas Wein trinken. Nicht möglich, da kein Personal mehr da war. Für Neuankömmlinge lagen die Schlüssel auf der Theke. Es hätte sehr schön sein können.

L’hôtel est très confortable avec une piscine à l’intérieur avec spa et en plus à l’extérieur seulement en été. On peut faire du mini-golf sans frais. Le petit déjeuner est très varié avec supplément. Pour les passants de la nature ardéchoise, je recommande. À bientôt.

Accueil désagréable.Chambre non chauffées (radiateur éteint ), et éclairage insuffisant dans la pièce. Salle de bain mal nettoyée (poils dans le lavabo ). plus d'eau chaude après 1 douche. L'insonorisation n'est pas terrible ( bruit de vaiselle , dès 6 h du matin !! )

The hotel is in a nice area. My room was on the 4th floor the lift only goes to the 2nd floor.when I opened the door to my room I could see it needed attention i.e. Decorating badly also dated, the bathroom was small with the toilet in between the shower and sink not much room to move at all, the frame round the velux window was in need of repair. It's a shame the 2 rooms were so bad won't be going back. Ps wifi no good

Arrivés et repartis en moins de 5mns. Hôtel complètement éteint, au point de se demander si c'était ouvert ou pas. Accueil un peu limite, en attendant dix minutes que quelqu'un arrive, en voulant à tout prix connaitre précisément l'heure pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain, en précisant que le restaurant est fermé, à cause de quasi aucun clients, dixit l'hotel!!, Nous avons déjà séjourné dans des hôtels quasi vides, proposant au minimum un buffet froid , ou des offres de snack-bar..... Sans parler de la chambre microscopique. L'hôtel aurait pu , dans un geste commercial, et pour tenter de limiter l'impression négative,, nous proposer une chambre plus grande, vu le remplissage de l'hôtel. La piscine à l'air bien, mais pas pu tester la température.....
