When I checked in it was a little busy so by the time I was serviced the employee was nice but I could tell a little aggravated. I was given a room, walked there, couldn't get in, walked back. He redid my key. Walked to the room, didn't work, walked back. The employee then walked with me to the room, his key didn't work either, walked back to the front desk. I was crying at this point as I just needed to lay down after seeing my son go through something horrible at children's. He gave me a new room and key. That finally worked. It was humid in the room but nice. The location to children's hospital and the comfort of the bed was the best part.
