The property manager contacted my through WhatsApp to cancel my reservation through Expedia because they had already booked it. And now Expedia doesn’t want to reimburse my payment. Expedia have no agents who can speak Spanish and understand that the hotel is granting me the reimbursement. It’s a lot to think about using Expedia again.
