O quarto é bom, bem localizado, mas enviei email para saber se poderia usar o locker após o horário de checkout e nunca recebi respostas. Minha duvida era com relação ao funcionamento do código da entrada para acessar o locker e nao obtive resposta.

Clean room, kitchenette with basic but clean functioning microwave, coffee, refrigerator. It has two twin beds next to each other, my only suggestion would be to have some way to attach them together with some sort of latches. Because we were a couple and was impossible to keep them together. Other than that, the location excellent! The photo of the street gave me some reserve, but no, safe and kind of poshy neighborhood. Metro Ríos Rosas like 5 blocks, takes you directly to historic center, museums . My only complaint is about the hotel prices in general in Madrid. They have skyrocketed.

Area is safe and perfect to move around Madrid. Room needs more cleaning especially in the bathroom space. Hot water in the shower is limited, lasted about 3-5minutes. Bathroom is small but satisfactory for a short stay. Recommend if looking for a cheap, short stay.

It stated that the room would be cleaned once during our stay however we did not have the room cleaned despite staying 5 nights. No tea towel or dish rack was provided in the kitchenette which makes it inconvenient when you have to wash dishes. We were unable to communicate with any staff from the accommodation when we had trouble with check-in as there is no reception desk. More clarity needs to be provided when advertising this property as the check-in is done online and then you have to use your phone to unlock the hotel and room doors. This property wouldn't be suitable for older guests who may not be tech savvy.

Good for some nights to spend in Madrid. The "kitchen" was located in an inbuilt cupboard and there are very few kitchen equipments. The shower cabin is very small.
