Front desk staff speak excellent English and seem available 24/7, slightly disorganized but friendly. Hotel seems to be in kind a bit of a grungy part of town but I don't know Casablanca well enough to know if just most of downtown is like that or not. Interior of the hotel itself is fine, though - very clean, modern, and well maintained. Room itself was good - clean, good aircon, good wifi, reasonably fresh and modern looking. Had a decently sized balcony although the view it looked on wasn't much to see. Overall definitely satisfied with the hotel.

This hotel was in a very convenient location, super easy to find and the mosque was 18 minute walk. The room was comfortable and a great reprieve from some of the other beds we saw at older riads. The only issue we had was the door man who was very insistent on a tip when we didn’t use his services - followed us to the street trying to take our luggage

Honestly, the service is very terrible in this hotel. They only give you one small bottle of water for your stay even if you book for a month and we are two adults I asked for a bottle of water the next day they told me you can only get it once And the water in the lobby is way overpriced. Also the shower gel and amenities or all empty.
