For me, clean room and a firm mattress. The room was ok clean, shower tub could have been better, mattress was medium firm, but flat and not worn out. Too many properties don’t change out their mattress enough, and my sleep suffers from that. The sign says “New Pioneer Casino”, my question is, what New? The people at reservations are great, restaurant was great, friendly waitress. Bar overlooking the river is as I remember it. Could use a little cleaning up, or updating the atmosphere just a little. Everything else that in between, boring! All the table games have gone Ai, no more human dealers. Old decor, there’s nothing new,

Room was not as advertised. One bed was broken and you were rolling out of it on 1 side. Had to sleep in it diagonally to stop from rolling out of it. There were not enough electrical outlets to charge 3 seperate phones. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling above the tub. Bathroom door wouldn't close properly unless you slammed it...that would disturb others trying to sleep. A/C unit was LOUD, when the fan would turn off it sounded like someone dropping a metal cup to the floor. There wasn't a refrgerater nor coffe pot in the room. The walkway was walking on ply wood...all uneven and nasty wood.Never staying there again! Someone needs to demo that place and start over.

New updated room has cacaroaches. Dog friendly however security will not allow service dogs in their restaurants. Rude staff being staying here for 3 years they just lost our business. Hair on floor and black stuff in there towels better off paying more for a dog.

I love to stay in this hotels for 2 reasons, the main one is that I’m always riding with friends in our motorcycles for the annual mayhem rally and we always stay here cuz the easy access to the room, this is not like the other hotels that you need to park in the parking ar then walk and carry all your stuff to your room, this is very convenient for us specially and this is the second reason is that we always request ground level rooms and I put that on my special request box when I’m booking Through Hotels.com and they always accommodate us in ground level rooms

I didn’t come to Laughlin most of my adult life. I recently moved here and they are remodeling my home so I chose to stay at the pioneer for the three days. It was gonna take for them to do my kitchen and my floors anyway it was a really nice experience. Nice staff clean rooms although don’t expect any extras in the rooms no blow dryers no refrigerator no microwave no coffee maker but other than that it was a great experience.

If you want a good night rest, this is not the place to stay. Neighbors around you are loud come out at odd hours talking coming in in super late. Security is super strict around the pool. Gotta keep the noise level down around the pool won’t let you listen to music around the pool constantly harassing you around the pool.
