I’ve stayed so active and it’s been the most relaxing compared to neighboring hotels. The room and bathroom are clean, beds are clean, the small kitchen…heck everything is clean and organized! I’m definitely going to stay here whenever I visit Yuma and other locations Extended Stay are located. The to go breakfast are fine and staff are very friendly. Keep up the good work!

The property was very well maintained & clean. It would have been nice if there was a swimming pool as the temperature hovered around 90 plus degrees for the three day stay. The room was mostly clean but it could have used a good dust mopping. The general dining area for breakfast needs to have an attendant to resupply food items that run out. The best part was that the room was very well air conditioned as it was hot outside, other than that the stay was very pleasant.

Super clean, new extended stay hotel. Everything was excellent except that there was not a hairdryer in the bathroom. You could get one at the front desk, but no one told me that until we were leaving in the morning. A card explaining that in the bathroom would be great! Breakfast was a bit skimpy also. Would stay again
