The room smelled BAD!! I was given a non-smoking room but felt as if I was given a smoking room. It was hard to breathe. I requested another room and got one. That one was 2xs as bad. I had my 2 dogs with me on this trip. The manager ( Indian descent) was very nice and gentle. But it's the quality of the rooms.

Our taxi driver told us this was the rough part of town, however its proximity to downtown transport still made it desirable for us as we passed through Dallas on our travels.
The motel appears to have undergone recent renovation (at least our room had) and the pictures online do not reflect this, so you may be pleasently surprised at the size and quality of your room! Especially the bathroom. However, I could not get the hairdryer to work, and the microwave was missing its plate; more importantly the wifi was very poor. Not much point having the ameniities if they dont work. I had said I wouldnt write a review for the motels we stayed in during our travels in the states, since we were staying in budget places you can't ask for much: what you see is what you get. BUT since the biggest let down of this place is the staff that run it, compared to all the other places we stayed prior (4 in total) I felt something should be said. The staff were unwelcoming and sullen, the most unbelievable thing of all was on the morning of our check out we received a loud knock on our door over an hour before the standard check out time of 11am asking if we would STAY OR GO? And again 15 mins before 11am. If we had been causing trouble I might have understood this kind of behaviour, and I havent experienced anything like this anywhere else!
Stay somewhere else if you want to be treated with some human decancy at the very least.

Ayant vu de très mauvaise note à propos de cet hôtel, j'étais un peu stressé quant à séjourner dans celui-ci. Au final ce fut un bon séjour. J'ai eu la chambre 101, proche de l'acceuil et elle est très bien. Refaite à neuve. Seul le chauffage/clim est un eu bruyant. Le gros point negatif concerne le personnel de chambre le dimanche matin 8h hurlant en espagnol le long des chambres. C'est pas très pro !!
Sinon, si vous êtes véhiculé, Dallas Downtown est a à peine 10min

The bedspread was stained with water marks and red splotches (blood?) The toilet was so close to the wall larger persons could not sit there. We left and demanded a full refund.

I get it was a cheap place to stay. That being said here was my experience:
Sheets were dirty - very dirty.
Towels were not clean - I think they were washed but certainly not clean.
Only hand soap was provided - no shampoo.
Window only had one working lock on it.
Lyft driver said he tries to avoid picking people up at this place.

Floor was sticky. Turned my socks, then my feet black. Did have a fridge and microwave. Bed was poorly made, but not uncomfortable. Had cable tv. Bathroom arrangement was nice. Bathroom appeared clean. Staff had to help me get into room because key quit working and re-programming didn't help. She muttered something about a "battery". Room was VERY inexpensive, so I was satisfied if not happy.

the hotel has a nice wooden floor w/c I really prefer than carpet and also the bathroom is nice and clean. the only issue was there was no housekeeping for 4 nites we stayed.

I read some not great reviews about this place, but stayed in it anyway because of its price and location. The room was small but comfortable, everything was clean, shower was very nice, and transportation was easy (the bus leaves from the gate!).

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. I usually aim for cheap hotels too so that is saying something. In this hotel, we found bloody fingerprints, dead bugs, hairs entwined in the fibers of our towels and sheets, bloody marks on the sheets, and the hotel stunk.
We had to complain to the hotel right after arrival about the sheets and the towels having thick, black hairs woven through them as well as the sheets having bloody stains. We asked the hotel to replace our linens and they told us that housekeeping had gone home and they didn't want to put us in a new room. We pushed back and finally the front desk worker told us he would just do it himself as long as we gave him a couple hours. We noticed black hairs on the new sheets as well even after they had been changed.
Later, when preparing for bed, we found bloody fingerprints on the front door, realized the door hinge was loose, and there were dead bugs on the floor by the accent chair.
The hotel manager refused to refund us, saying that since we had booked through Expedia, they would have to provide the refund. Then when Expedia called to confirm our complaints, the hotel said that we made it all up and the room had been perfectly clean which prevented Expedia from being able to easily refund us.
Horrible experience all in all, and not only would I NOT recommend this hotel to a friend, I would also caution anyone from staying here.

For the 2 of us, only 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths and no hand towels. The bath towels seemed old and rough, like they had not used any softener. Room was clean, with new wood-look floor. One of knobs on air conditioning unit was broken so we couldn't control the level of coolness.

I was charged then asked to leave when I informed them they had given me single beds and not doubles and now waiting 7-10 days for a refund, they were incredibly rude and this is the worst part of Dallas! I recommend that even my worst enemy not stay there EVER

The office personnel were very rude. Told me she would cancel my reservations and not allow me to stay if I didn't pay and additional $20 for my children to stay, when I had a king size bed! I explained that the funds had already been deducted out of my account and the money would not be immediately available after the cancellation. She didn't care. Very rude and unprofessional will never stay there again and do not recommend this place to anyone. When I arrived the placd was a ghost town and now I see why!
