the suite on the third floor was spacious and balcony narrow, cleaning was very good and neat. Pillows were very hard on my neck and the room lacked air conditioning requiring us to open the windows to get cool air to sleep which was made difficult by the trucks and motorcycles traffic noise outside and a very humid and hot night. The fridge/ refrigerator was noisy and compressor kept turning on and off during the night. On the last two days we heard hammering noises at 7AM and 3PM across the wall from the next door building and another host told us he had also been woken up this way. The hotel offered no explanation for this.I wish they were more concerned or open to inform of these situations. Reason for the 4.

Dentro del poco ruido, a 7 mnts de la Zona T/Rosa donde están los restaurantes, Pubs, Mall, etc…. Its ok Ahora bien, es un apartmento grande, con cocina, mini comedor, balcón, walking closet, cama grande y comoda. Al frente tiene un mega parque para caminar, correr o simplemente estar ya que es muy relajado. Pronto a su alrededor tendrá nuevos restaurantes, hoteles, viviendas, oficinas, que lo pudieran elevar a ser escogido.

The room itself was great. If you plan for a long trip there is a kitchenette. The breakfast was fantastic, the bed nice, not soft! The balcony is a nice touch. Shower /bathroom nice. Disappointed.

Good location opposite park but the kitchen was not well equipped , there is no heating or cooling at all and the restaurant was a big sell at checkin but failed to be open for dinner for my whole stay due to chef issues and not being open Monday or Tuesday in general. Food i had for lunch was average. Staff speak little English so it’s difficult to communicate and the front door is constantly locked making you feel very uncomfortable when returning to be locked out and needing to knock to be let in but they dont acknowledge immediately. Rubbish in the street nearby. For the price I would not stay here again!
