A nice hotel with good view, if it’s not cloudy as it was for us! Staff are excellent in reception and are willing to do anything to help. The rooms are clean and modern with great beds and bathroom. The breakfast was very good and there are a few restaurants and bars in the area and it’s just a short walk into Sapa town. We liked this hotel and would definitely recommend.

Very easy check in process, some of the hotel front desk staff does not talk very good English so make sure to have a translator app or know some Vietnamese. On our last day there was a party taking up the whole top balcony which made it unavailable for us and everyone else in the hotel. That’s one of the reasons I booked the hotel is for the rooftop view that I we were unable to do. The breakfast is great but the staff will ask you what you want and no matter if you repeat it back to them 5 times they will always bring you something different than what you asked for, just be prepared for that. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean, very comfy bed and great heating/AC.

Very nice new hotel! The rooms were clean and cute. Plenty of hot water and a nice shower, although there’s not a shower door so the bathroom gets wet. The beds are big and comfy and the AC works well. Good location up the hill from downtown and a short walk to many restaurants. They even let us check in late at 1am from a night bus. Would recommend!

The customer service was excellent, the staff were very enthusiastic and friendly, and provided quick support. The rooms were beautiful and clean, with a balcony overlooking the mountains. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious. This hotel was a wise and correct choice when I went to Sapa; everyone should book and stay here when visiting Sapa.

The service was excellent. I arrived at Sapa early in the morning after my sleeper train and the front desk arranged for early check in for me. Tyler and another male staff at front desk (did not get his name) was very helpful and friendly to serve, give recommendations and answered all my questions. They even helped to get my trousers (muddy from trekking) laundered and ready overnight. In- house massage was very good too. The hotel is on the quieter side of town up slope and walkable from the town centre. I really enjoyed my stay there and felt really at home. They made a small mistake and service recovery was excellent.

Absolutely exceptional - cannot criticise a single thing about this place, particularly given how good value it is. Everything is modern, new and clean, and very comfortable. Good location, just a short walk to the main tourist places. A special thank you goes to the manager Anna, who let me take a shower before my sleeper train after I’d checked out and had spent the day trekking. Extremely kind, and much appreciated.

Nice hotel with bad service and bad breakfast.

The hotel seems to be pretty new. The room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom very nice. From the seating area you had a beautiful view of the mountains. Bad experience was the breakfast. As less guests were there, they didn't offer buffet. You could order a la carte. So far so good. When serving the breakfast everything was messed up with other orders. Btw only for 3 tables. Breakfast took nearly 1 hr and we had to claim a couple of times till we halfway got what we ordered. You don't wanna start a day like this.
