Very convenient and affordable property! Right on Copacabana Beach! My room was decent probably because it was one of the rooms with a balcony facing the beach and cost a little more. However, I noticed that some of the rooms and hotel in general could use a little renovation to stay competitive and get positive feedback and reviews. Overall my stay was very pleasant! The location is unbeatable when comes to the beach and getting around Rio by Uber to the Main attractions. The breakfast was good with a variety of buffet options.

WiFi was very on and off and relied heavily upon 4g. Once the roomservice was not complete, wich left us without towels for a day, and we didn't get towels even after we asked for them.

The check-in experience was HORRIBLE. Traveled all over the world, arrived at checkin at 12:30 to fill out paperwork and drop my bag as a I had to be at hospital where my dad is at ICU at 13:30. I was told to come back to do paperwork at 2pm. After explaining the situation, I was finally handed paperwork and told they would charge me R$10 per bag to store them for one hour (this is a ridiculous policy, every hotel allows you to fill paperwork and keep your bags for free until you get your room).

A localização é o ponto alto, o atendimento é bom, são todos bem educados, o café da manhã é variado e atende as expectativas, os apartamentos de frente em andar baixo tem péssima acústica, porque ainda tem janelas de madeira e o barulho é intenso, já que é numa via movimentada 24 horas, fora isso a limpeza deixa a desejar e os detalhes também, colchões velhos, precisam melhorar, queimei minha escova por não ter um adesivo de 220v na tomada (apto401), enfim dá pra melhorar muito a experiência, só melhorando os cuidados com os detalhes.Um hotel média 6,5 eu diria.
