God placering ift byen. Jeg har dog aldrig oplevet overnatningssted, som var så lydt. Man kan høre ALT. Når naboerne/overboerne går i bad, åbner døre etc. at bo i stueetagen med vindue ud mod gaden hjælper heller ikke. Det larmer så meget, at ørepropper ikke er nok. Tag ikke hertil for privatliv. Dobbeltsengen er ca 120cm, så sørg for at have en god relation til den, du skal dele med. Værelset var rent nok, og badeværelset pænt, men der trænger til en klat maling. Mange slidmærker på væggene.

Smutsigt när vi kom, hår och smuts i duschen efter förra gäster. Lukta illa inne på toaletten. Handdukarna som hade också gammalt hår på sig. Gick knappt att spola. Väldigt lyhört, är man känslig för ljud när man sover är det inte roligt. Bra kommunikation via mail med hotellet, svarar snabbt. Det ligger väldigt centralt och smidigt att gå till tunnelbana. AC fungerade bra.

Entry and room key process was fine There were signs of water leaks in room 4 and crumbling plaster near the window - so needs a bit of a tidy up Slept well and shower was good so the points wouldn’t stop me returning 30m walk to the Royal Albert Hall which was good

Clean & good size room. Comfy bed. Took a couple of attempts to use the check in machine, had difficulty scanning my id. Room was easy to find once checked in. Lots of emails received prior to check in with various bits of information, would've been a lot better (& saved a lot of time finding the email with the door code) if only one email sent with all information needed. Great location, close to tube station. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was poor. Tv has no remote control so couldnt use. Bathroom comically small. How they have signed that off I never know. There would be no way I could have fit on the toilet and just about fit in the shower. Im 6f, 13 stone so not a man mountain. Everything a bit grimy. They get a generous 2 stars because the check in guy on the phone was extremely helpful.

The room was smaller than the pictures depicted, which isn't entirely surprising, but still disappointing. That said, pn one of the evenings, water starting dripping on the ceiling of my ground floor room and leaking out of one of the ceiling lights. I called the support line, was told someone would come and take a look at it. No one showed up. I was then booked to a different hotel in another part of London for the remainder of my stay, but was also adviced against this by the person on the phone, and instead swap between two rooms for the remaining two nights. I went to the other hotel of course. Can't recommend this hotel.

Room was bright, immaculate and had tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer and even an iron and ironing board. Ability to add heat or cool the room was good and lighting options were great. Had one issue with key card, called the number and someone came very quickly to resolve the issue. A fantastic find for a London get away.

Room was okay. Not spotless but pretty clean, room was well equipped as well. Check in process was confusing, would be much better to receive one email with all of the information up front instead of various emails with different pieces of information. Thankful for the employee who happened to be on property and was extremely helpful as using the contact number was completely unhelpful and extremely delayed. Amazing location but definitely a “budget hotel”. Good if your expectations are managed.
