Great staff and the hotel is located in Alto Prado, which has so many high-end restaurants all within walking distance. Area is safe at night. Staff at the hotels is always cool. Don’t be a cheapskate gringo…make sure to tip, especially the receptionists and the waitresses at least once during your stay. Also, be humble and cool and your stay will be perfect. I recommend requesting a room above the 5th floor so that you have central AC….the higher the better so that there’s less traffic noise during the day.
