Check in was fast and friendly. The room was very clean, freshly vacuumed carpet and had a microwave and decent sized mini fridge. Bathroom was bright, spacious and clean also. Towels were plush and continental breakfast was satisfactory. Overall my stay was enjoyable.

I booked this hotel based off of reviews....I don't understand why it has such great reviews! The room smelled musty, stains on the sheets and towels, AC didn't work, breakfast was minimal and the waffle batter dispenser didn't work, the place looks run down! It is a great location as most hotels in Sudbury were in areas that looked unsafe but I would never stay again.

There is nothing fancy about this motel but the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked and the room was clean. The TV's are small and the lamps are hard to turn on. It was quiet for the most part, there is the occasional train going by during the night.
