Exactly what we expected - great location, great room - friendly guests Only snall issue was the fact the lovely double beds advertised on the website at an additional spend and all reserved. But we made the most of the gorgeous beach which was just down some steps from the hotel. Would definitely stay there again

A nice stay but a few things can improve

Our room was a one bed suite and it was so lovely. Very clean and a great size. Check in was really disorganised and the queue was too long. Finding the room was also a bit tricky. Pool area nice but no beds available. Restaurant was nice by the pool, food was tasty but the service was a bit slow.

not a great value for the money honestly. Property looked much better in the pics, room was not duly cleaned throughout our stay. Cleaning staff also forgot some towels from time to time Food of breakfast was not of good quality. Street rooms slightly noisy. Parking option was OK and close by with alternative entrance, don't use the valet.

We absolutely loved our stay! The amenities are fantastic. All the restaurants at the Hyde and Mondrian are excellent, there are four options for pools to fit every mood, a gym with a decent selection of equipment, beautiful decor, and the beach at Cala Llonga is beautiful as well. It was the perfect location to relax or explore with easy access to ferries, taxis and buses. We can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful stay

I loved my stay at Hyde Ibiza - the level of service was incredible, all of the staff were amazing. There are 4 pools - 2 have music and DJs playing all day and the others are quieter. The location is wonderful, right on the beach, near lots of beautiful reataurants and right by the ferry port to get to a few other places.

We had to change rooms twice first because of a strong smell, then due to more issues. Still, things got worse: my wife and I both became violently ill just 1–2 hours after eating only the hotel’s breakfast and room service. On top of that, there was no hot water in our room. After a technician’s visit, the only explanation given was that the hotel’s water system couldn’t handle guest demand. Completely unacceptable for a so‑called high‑end property. We travel year‑round and stay in luxury hotels worldwide we’ve never experienced anything like this. Definitely would not return.

I would stay here again. It was a nice place the pool stuff is friendly. I would say the the stuff at check in could use a little bit more personality. The men are to dry but the ladies are very friendly. It is on the beach so that is nice. Also only 25 to 30 minutes drive to the airport.

Spectacular views of Cala Llonga Bay from the sea view rooms. Stunning! Hotel is modern, cosmopolitan with a laid back vibe. Service is seriously excellent. Pools are lovely. Would definitely return.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price The hotel looks beautiful, but our experience was underwhelming. We stayed nearly two weeks, and rules kept changing (e.g., towel policy), which was frustrating. Cleanliness was below average. Staff were friendly, though not all spoke English – not a big issue. However, access to hotel facilities was limited. Only 2 of 4 pools were usable, and guests had to pay €50 for Bali beds, even in high season. Hotel bars were often closed due to private events. We’ve stayed at other Ibiza hotels that offered better value. This one needs to improve – especially given the high prices. The area around Cala Llonga is lovely, but we wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a longer stay or for groups.
