The rooms ar huge and it's just a five minute walk to the restaurants and bars. There isn't a pool or spa but the size and cleanliness of the rooms made up for it. The price was also really good for what you got. The area is super safe and quiet.

The hotel is beyond beautiful!!! Every detail every corner of it …. The windows , the balcony everything was beyond expectation! I’ve traveled a lot and this hotel is on my top five! Will def come back! The front desk staff was amazing! Cordial, amazing & also gave us tips to enjoy our stay in Medellin! And is pet friendly will come with my fur babies for sure! Prime location!

Very nice apartment. Great location - quick walking distance to Provenza. Lots of great restaurants within a 10 min walk. Safe area to walk at night. As far as stay goes, the apartment is very spacious and chic. What I didn’t realize at the time of booking is that this was an apartment, not a hotel. Still the check in process was smooth. The front desk offered us great coffee upon arrival (nothing for the kids though). The reason I ducked one star is they tried to make money off of us when we asked for an extension on the last day as our flight was later in the evening. Just fir a few hours they quoted some ridiculous upwards of $100 USD which we thought was quite insane for Medellin city and the hotel. We were like this ain’t no NYC.

Elegant rooms, obviously enjoyed the Penthouse the best with both terraces having a hot tub. Love how almost every window is a sliding glass door that can open, even in the showers. The views are incredible, absolutely stunning. Unblocked views of the road into Provenza. You could easily walk to Provenza, maybe a five to ten minute walk or a $2 or $4 uber. I love that there are two entrances, one on level 1 which is the 23 Hotel side and the other is the 23 Living on level 4. Staff was incredibly helpful, always ready to help at a moments notice, please tip them well. I had issues with using Rappi & they happily let me use theirs. Breakfast at 23 Hotel is buffet style, however its very European classy exactly like the rest of the hotel. The hot tub pool on the rooftop of 23 Hotel was nice, it also has a full service bar. Parking is on the 23 Hotel side underground, my friends had no issues parking. Some staff may ask you to pay for guests if you have too many in the apartment, maximum 4 in the 1600 sq ft suites, & 5 maximum in the 3600 sq ft Penthouse. Otherwise there was no issues, I think they wanted 300K but talked them down to 200K. I was alone, but I have a lot of friends. Nobody else really bothered me about paying. Really enjoyed New Year's here to start 2026 & I will definitely be doing it again. Thank you everyone at 23 Hotel & 23 Living. It is possible to bring a pet for a 300K nonrefundable deposit, plus you sign a waiver. It was a pleasure staying with you all. CD

Major construction is still happening in the building , so much dust. Both elevators are not working during the day due to maintenance. For the price we are paying , they should offer breakfast, cheap Colombian managers. The hotel sits on a major street so literally you will feel the bikes and cars inside your room let alone the pollution… the rooms are not sound proof and there is no balcony so you wlll feel entrapped inside. The hotel has no gym, no pool, no massage no amnetitiws whatsoever. Only one staff member speaks English the rest are rude and don’t speak English. There is better at the price we pay..
