We had a lovely one night stay, the property exterior needs some TLC but the inside was lovely. Staff friendly, clean room, easy late check in. Four of us stayed room 14 lovely spacious and very comfortable. Amazing value for money 😊

We haven’t use the food service. The room was nice, but it was mould smell, although I’ve not seen signs of it.

Great for our one night stay, staff are brilliant and all very friendly and accommodating, room was massive with four beds, room was.clean was there was a bit of a musty smell at first but it soon cleared after having the windows open for a.while. We had a cooked breakfast which was nice, lady who served us was very nice and friendly, there are also adequate continental options too and nice.coffee to order. Would definitely stay here again for a night if required. We didn't explore the surrounding area as we.arrived late and left early. Parking was great Only frustrating thing was we.kept.driving past it as there's.no.clear.signage to identify the hotel from the road, it just has a tiny sign that's.quite hard to spot particularly at night.

Our tv didn’t work for whole 3 days I was given 2 bottles of wine to appease me but we had a 3 year old and the tv was a big factor

2/10 Terrible

Upon arrival, there was no staff at the reception desk. A guest ahead of us had already been waiting 15 minutes, and we ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes before having to call for assistance from the hotel bar. When we were finally checked in, we were informed that the air conditioning in our room was leaking and were advised not to use it. Instead, two fans were placed in the room . However, even with us not using the air conditioning, it still leaked during the night ! The room itself showed signs of neglect—there was a spider web in the corner, the window wouldn't close properly, and the cupboard was covered in dust, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, additionally the lift was out of order ! On a positive note, the receptionist was honest about the situation.. I would not recommend to waste your money here!

8/10 Good

We arrived just after 12 midday and asked if we can check in on their system but not leave any bags as we were aware that check in was at 3pm. We planned to go to the beach and didn’t want to check in at 11pm (the time we got back) however the owner who was behind the desk with another man said we could check in but the other person kept saying “I don’t think we can” Well maybe try or just point blank say I can’t be bothered no! We were a large group of 3 families in family rooms. We also asked to have our rooms next to each other and yes you guessed it, No! My cousins room, the tap would not shut and the teenagers manning the reception at night didn’t have a clue what to do and so it just ran all night until morning when house keeping came and twisted while pressing the tap down for the water to stop. The owner did say they have just taken over a few days ago and am sure once they have settled in they will put a sign that shows the name of the hotel outside as currently “under new management “ is in big bold words, charter is in tiny almost invisible wording and makes the building very difficult to locate. Outside the reception is written premier inn. The reception is outdated and gives a falls picture of the rooms that are👍 On a positive note . Parking plenty & free . 5 minutes drive from the beach . Breakfast was good and the team worked so hard to try and get all breakfast out at once. . The beds are so comfortable . Air conditioning in the room . Hot shower & tea
