Absolutely disgusting property, smelt the moment you opened the front door, the carpets are dirty and stained, the walls are dirty and stained, the bed had stains on it, the room was boiling hot and had no fan, trying to get my money back as I could not stay there it was that bad, it's my own fault for not checking the reviews but the pictures make it look like a nice place to stay

Do not even think about booking this accommodation. It’s not habitable. The photos are true to likeness. I have reported this host to the company. It would not pass any regulatory standards. Needs to be removed! Awaiting my refund, as walked in and walked straight back at !!

I have swveral photos to prove, there was massive holes in the walls, the door had been jimmied open as it was badly damaged and poorly fixed, they expected 2 disabled people who cant walk to get up 2 flights of steep twisty stairs, there was rat poop in the room, and there was no such thing as staff.

La cocina està sucia y es compartida. No pudimos cocinar. LLamamos al contacto y nos dijeron el baño no estaba compartido y sí lo era. Lugar mediocre con suciedad. No lo recomendaría. A pesar de todo, muy bien ubicado. Tiene paradas de bus justo delante y tren a 10 minutos.

0 star – Couldn’t even get into our room I’d love to review the room, but unfortunately we never actually managed to get into it. We arrived with two young children, but the access code didn’t work and the door simply wouldn’t open. We repeatedly called the contact number for help, but every call went straight to answerphone. There was nobody on site to help either. The parts of the building we could access also smelled unpleasant, which wasn’t exactly reassuring. Eventually, with two tired children and nowhere to sleep, we had no choice but to abandon the booking and find and pay for alternative accommodation at short notice. If your entire check-in system is essentially “here’s a code, good luck,” somebody really needs to answer the phone when the code doesn’t work. One star because zero isn’t an option. Thankfully, we found a Travelodge — I’ve never been so pleased to see one.

This property is advertised as a 'Guesthouse' but it was more like a bail hostel. The pictures in the advert are obviously very old as the property is in a lot worse condition than they show. The pictures show towels in the room and there were none so a trip to the extremely close and expensive Waitrose provided us with 2 towels for £22. Our room, although it is advertised as non smoking, absolutely stank of cigarettes and the roof outside the window was covered in cigarette butts. The room door looked like it had been kicked in on numerous occasions and repaired with toothpaste. The shower and toilet were communal and the toilet seat was broken and the shower head neither fitted the holder or actually had any water cascading from it. Needless to say the shower remained unused. I would love to say that there was a positive element to staying here but there wasn't, the room being full of flies when we opened the door puts paid to that. All in all, avoid this property like the plague. If they make major changes it may be a different matter but at the moment....NAH!
