The hotel was well located, just inside the city walls and 2 minute walk to restaurants and shops, as well as bus & taxi stops. Breakfast was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and gave us tips on what to visit. We were able to store our luggage after check out and staff arranged a taxi for us when we left.

Lovely room with a beautiful view of the boats. Room was small but perfect for a single traveller. Room cleaned daily and left perfect. Reception staff as good as I have ever seen. Dining staff so so helpful. Food was lovely and fresh. For someone who has little to zero French it was not an obstacle in any way.

This is a terrible hotel to stay in during the summer heat. The hotel rooms have no AC and opening the windows at night is necessary to let in the cool air. However, the noise from the bars, restaurants, cars and motorcycle traffic is absolutely terrible even if you sleep with ear plugs. This noise can last until 4:00 am if you are unlucky to have young drunk revelers on the street below as I experienced. The first night I probably slept only 4 hours - all this for $1118 for two nights! One of the worst hotel experiences in the last 38 years of travel. On a better note, the breakfast was excellent.

Für die Hälfte des Preises wäre es okay gewesen. Sehr klein und alles sehr basic. Die Küche muss man selbst putzen und die Betten selbst beziehen. Das war bei der Reservation nicht klar. Unten ein kleines, unbequemes Schlafsofa und oben zwei Einzelbetten in einer Art Dachkammer. Essen kann man nur draussen, also wenn es regnet gar nicht. Die Treppe ist nicht geeignet für kleinere Kinder. Die Fotos zeigen nicht wirklich die Realität. Kein Restaurant und auch keine Bar/Café vor Ort, alles ziemlich alt und ungepflegt. Die zwei Sterne sind für die netten Damen an der Réception und den Pool. Die Check-In und -out Zeiten sind speziell, man kann erst um 5 einchecken und um 10 muss man schon wieder draussen sein.

Dommage zèle à l'arrivée, le réceptionniste à voulu m'avoir au téléphone pour confirmer l'identité de ma femme et ma fille arrivée avec la réservation imprimé en main. Pas d'ascenseur ni de clim. Sinon situé dans la ville historique
