A last minute booking and arriving within half an hour , found the room to be comfortable, immaculate and warm. Plenty of room for parking, private lane . Breakfast was amazing , fresh orange juice, perfect fry, toast and plenty of tea, all served on a lovely hot plate .

We needed somewhere close to the NEC, and I found this gem of stay. Super comfortable beds and cosy accomodation. Delicious cooked breakfast in the morning. Millie was helpoful with local knowledge which made our stay even easier, I would happily book again for next year.

Lovely room ,very clean. very close to airport but planes stop at night so sleep not affected. Walking distance to BPpulse & Resorts World. Recommend you walk if weather is good & don't try to get an Uber after the show , they are useless. Camilla the host is lovely. Breakfast was good too. Recommend this as a place to stay.

B&B not hotel
Stopped here for 1 night, room was nice and clean but it is a B&B and not a hotel.
The host was lovely and breakfast was awesome but bed was hard, TV didn't work and was a good 1.5 miles away from anywhere else i.e. pub or such for an evening meal.
On a plus point it is walkable from both NEC and the international railway station (30 mins or so)

Welcoming and comfortable.
A countryside BnB, extremely convenient for the NEC and Birmingham Airport.
Camilla is a most welcoming host and we had a very comfortable stay, with a fantastic full English breakfast. We were so pleased to find Church Farm. Thank you Camilla😊
