The hotel was beautiful and almost sanitary in cleanliness and the staff was almost too polite. The issues I had were more about things that were lacking. There was no microwave anywhere in the hotel, no trash cans anywhere in any public space to dispose of waste, no coffee available in the lobby, no soda available for purchase at the lobby, a cafe that was closed most of the day, and a menu at the restaurant that was horribly lacking of variety. It was very obvious that the hotel used to be student housing.
