Wouldn’t come back. The pictures look great but reality just wasn’t the expectation set. The room sat at 25/26 degrees at night, with no aircon available. Even after asking, the aircon is centrally controlled and isn’t turned on this time of year. We were told to open the balcony windows but this just meant people in neighbouring rooms could walk in at anytime, which doesn’t feel great when you’re sleeping. Additionally all the pools & jacuzzi’s close at 6 so no good if you want to do anything in the evening. The room we were in came with its own plunge pool but it was unusable being so cold, neither us or anyone in rooms next to us used there’s more for the week we were there. The hotel also says it has parking for 10 euro a day, each day we asked this was not available. The hotel is situated at the top of a large hill, this left us parking most days at the bottom of the hill and walking up. Overall the hotel is no where near the expectation you may have. Take the amenities with a pinch of salt. And don’t think you’ll get a good night sleep with the lack of controllable air con.

The staff are nice. The room was ok but the second day, after the housekeeping, she didn’t leave us new towels. Not used one either. But she kept the tip. I ended up asking the new towels to the front desk. And the room is sometimes too noisy when downstairs doing some activity. And one of the reasons we chose this hotel was heated pools but we didn’t really feel heated enough. I understand it depends on people. But like if the jacuzzi are warmer, the better.

L'hôtel est très beau et récemment rénové. Les parties communes sont bien entretenues. Malheureusement, la chambre n'avait pas été correctement nettoyée après les clients précédents (miettes sur le sol, poussière, poils/cheveux,...). Le ménage durant notre séjour était très rudimentaire et le sol n'était par exemple jamais aspiré. Globalement, la chambre donne donc une impression sale. La chambre est également trop petite, ce qui est dommage pour ce genre d'établissement. Le personnel de la réception n'est pas particulièrement sympathique, contrairement à celui du petit déjeuner. Malgré les aspects négatifs entourant la chambre, l'hôtel est vraiment agréable, bien situé dans un quartier calme. Les vues depuis l'hôtel sont exceptionnelles (notamment dans l'ascenseur et au dernier étage). La piscine et les jacuzzi sont agréables. Les repas (petit déjeuner et dîner) sont très bons, avec beaucoup d'options végétariennes, la salle possède de belles vues et est bien entretenue (plutôt style "restaurant" que cantine comme c'est parfois le cas dans ce genre d'établissement). Bref, l'hôtel a tout intérêt a considérablement amélioré ses standards concernant le nettoyage parce que pour le reste, il offre de belles prestations, notamment pour les repas, les parties communes et les vues. Nous reviendrions malgré les points négatifs.

Excellent location with easy access to the city center, while still being quiet and peaceful. The hotel has multiple great pools and offers a very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for couples looking for a calm and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is really nice, rooms are cosy and tidy with amazing views over the mountain and sea. Staff service is just amazing honestly and they have been really sweet and friendly with us. The breakfast and dinner food quality is average and there is big room for improvement.

Hotel remodelado, convenientemente ubicado con vistas al Océano y al Teide. Habitaciones amplias, cama cómoda, limpio, con smartTV para que puedas sincronizar tus Apps. El wifi funciona bien. Personal muy agradable, de recepción a restaurante, limpieza y, como no, el spa. Cuenta con tres piscinas, zonas ajardinadas muy bien cuidadas. Buffet variado, tanto para desayuno como para cena. Música en vivo todas las noches en el Bar. Ha superado nuestras expectativas, y sin ninguna duda: repetiríamos

Superbe hôtel situé dans un jardin luxuriant au calme entre deux très beaux parcs, avec une vue magnifique sur la ville et l'océan et à l'écart du tumulte du front de mer. Le personnel est très agréable et arrangeant. L'hôtel est très propre avec de nombreux équipements et des propositions d'activités sympas. Les repas sont diversifiés, il y en a pour tous les goûts . Nous y retournerons volontiers !
