The biggest strength of this hotel is unquestionably the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. Special thanks to Anas, who set a very high standard of guest service. He welcomed us with genuine care, managed all the check-in procedures smoothly, and ensured we were completely satisfied. While waiting for the rooms to be ready, he thoughtfully arranged complimentary drinks at the restaurant, which reflected true five-star hospitality.
At the restaurant, Abdul Kareem was exceptionally kind and attentive.
Another highlight was Lujain at reception, who was the icing on the cake — extremely welcoming, warm, and informative.
Special thanks also to Mohammed Altoudi, who was extremely professional and efficient during the checkout process.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with comfortable beds that allowed us to rest well. The location is excellent.
A few points for improvement: the bathrooms felt slightly worn out, a and the room service, as is often the case in Makkah and Madinah hotels, was below the expected five-star standard. Additionally, the ladies’ prayer room would benefit from more privacy or better isolation from the main entrance, to enhance comfort and serenity.
