Yorumlara güvenerek, Türk bir işletme diye özellikle tercih etmiştik ancak yaşadığımız deneyim tam bir hayal kırıklığı oldu. Odanın içindeki dolapta unuttuğum, Japonya'dan aldığım ve Budva'da henüz yeni açıp kullanmaya başladığım ağzına kadar dolu 2 krem ile 1 losyonum maalesef çöpe atılmış. Ertesi gün durumu fark edip kendilerine ilettiğimde, temizlikçinin çöpe attığını söyleyip 'O kadar önemliyse Budva’ya gittiğimde telafi edeceklerini' belirttiler. Burada asıl önemli olan güven meselesidir; odada unutulan kişisel ve kullanılabilir eşyaların en azından kısa bir süre 'Kayıp Eşya' bölümünde saklanması ve muhatabına haber verilmesi gerekirken, sorumsuzca çöpe atılması kabul edilemez. İşimiz gereği yıllardır sürekli seyahat ediyoruz, insanlık hali unuttuğumuzdan haberimiz olmayan eşyalarımız bile oldu ama bugüne kadar her yerde peşimizden aranıp bilgilendirildik. Benim için ucuz yada pahalı, küçük yada büyük olayı değil bu güvenlik zafiyeti. Bu zihniyetteki bir işletmeyi kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum."
