Good hotel but watch out for hidden mandatory resort fee of USD57 was charged per night. This includes usage of their gym and breakfast credit of USD 25 for one person. There were two of us so another person had to pay another $25 plus taxes which ended up $39 extra per breakfast top of daily resort fee ($57) per room.

Couldn’t have picked a better place in the city. Hotel is very clean, views incredible, and check in/valet were easy thanks to Rachel at the front desk who was so welcoming and helpful!! She’s the BEST!

Decent hotel but they messed up my bills by charging me twice for the $30 COMPLIMENTARY food and drinks, there were no snacks in the mini-bar, couldn’t sleep during night 2 due to an odd double tapping noise coming from the 18th floor ceiling. They still owe me $40.91.

Rude front desk
It was a very pleasant hotel experience up until the moment that the both elevators were out of order and I had to leave for the airport. I don’t have the body strength tp carry a heavy luggage for 9 floors. The person at the front desk Brady was very mean to me at the phone, not helping at all, not telling me when he can send help. Just saying they have only one person to carry luggages. Even when I came down, he put words in my mouth saying I wanted help immidiately which was a lie. I always asked a ballpark of minutes not to lose the plane. Even at the last minute when I was at the door he was like: “If you’re not early for the airport, that not on us.” Super rude man. Everyone and everything else was great and I loved the hotel till the last hour but I won’t deal with obnoxious front desk people on my vacations and broken elevators in NYC. I made it to plane because I’m an organized person unlike rude Brady.
